PNG Computers offers ongoing support for your corporate network (LAN/WAN).
We will custom tailor an inspection and maintenance support program that will fit your companies computing needs.

Maintenance Services we offer:

  • Maintain user accounts (I.E. Create/remove users, user security, ETC.)
  • Maintain E-mail accounts (I.E. Create/remove users, ETC.)
  • Maintain up-to-date virus software engines and definitions*
  • Check tape backup solution for accurate backups and restore capabilities*
  • Check for any network connectivity issues (Check drive mappings, cabling, ETC.)
  • Remote dial-in troubleshooting and maintenance *
  • Check server and work station hard drives for errors or potential problems *
  • Monitor server logs for errors *
  • Monitor firewall and antivirus solutions (check for hackers and viruses) *
  • Maintain internal corporate E-mail servers
  • Run hard disk utilities on all systems *
  • Check all hard drives for maximum capacity versus available space *
  • Check computer system resources to see if PC is being bogged down *
  • Run diagnostics on all workstations to test hardware and hard disk for errors *
  • Make backup copies of the Windows registry’s on all machines *

  • We work with all your outside software vendors to solve problems relating to your third party software installed.
  • We sell a complete line of hardware and software at competitive prices, so you can purchase your hardware, software, and services all from one vendor.

The ongoing maintenance process may be modified to suit the individual needs of the customer. The maintenance fee is on a per hour basis and the total cost is determined by the total number of hours it takes to complete the tasks that the customer requests. The customer may utilize their hourly block contract hours to cover their scheduled maintenance. PNG recommends that the customer accept all the minimum recommended services (as denoted by the asterisks *)
Any services not denoted with an asterisk are still advisable if a total and reliable network maintenance program is to be implemented. The customer may request any services that are not listed within. Routine maintenance is an ideal way to keep your network running at peak performance while providing for system longevity and the proper safeguarding of your data.

PNG Computers offers weekly ongoing support for your corporate network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure. We will provide you with our vital, once a week dial in service to monitor and maintain your corporate network infrastructure. (Bi-weekly or daily packages are also available)

Services included in weekly maintenance:

  • Maintain up-to-date virus software engines and definitions on server
  • Make sure all workstations maintain up to date virus signatures and engines
  • Check tape backup solution for accurate backups and restore capabilities
  • Check for any network connectivity issues (Check drive mappings, ETC.)
  • Remote dial-in troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Check and maintain all server logs
  • Troubleshoot printer queue problems
  • Monitor and administer tape drive logs
  • Monitor firewall settings and logs
  • Monitor disk space requirements on server
  • Monitor server resources and devices to avoid bottlenecks and down time
  • Check for error messages referring to faulty, or failing equipment
  • Provide management with reports on any negative findings or recommendations

This ongoing maintenance process may be modified to suit the individual needs of the customer. The maintenance fee is on a weekly basis and the fee for this service is only $50.00 per week. This is paid in advance.
